WHAT IS CENTRAL ISSUANCE?
Central issuance is where an applicant completes a data collection form and submits there key data. Once the data is sent to the branch the card is then produced off-site at the office or banks central location. A key benefit of central card issuance is the extra time it takes to provide for completing the verification process of submitted documentation. Additional time can be devoted to communicating to issuers (Banks) with extra documents or with other government agencies as needed.
